Règâh Rub Bad Buffalo Gun Powder was originally made for Brisket. With the Smoking Regahs, we have won many awards with this rub. Soon we found out that this rub is also great for something else, Hamburgers! One of the most prepared dishes on the BBQ and now with Regah Rub very simple to make.

Instructions
- Preparation Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead the minced meat well, it will stick and you will get nice and firm burgers.
Divide the prepared minced meat into 4 portions of about 130 grams each. Now turn each portion into a meatball. Make sure the ball is round and without cracks. Then flatten the meatball into a hamburger.
Make your burgers a few hours in advance and leave them to set in the fridge. Take them out 30 minutes before you want to grill them and let them get to room temperature. - Preparation Preparation
These Bad Buffalo Burgers are delicious on the BBQ but also from the (grill) pan. So even if you are not allowed to BBQ on the balcony or if it rains, you can easily enjoy Règâh Rub at home.
Light the BBQ and make sure there is direct heat. Use a cast iron grid if you have one. Make sure the temperature of the BBQ is between 175c and 200c.
Now grill the hamburger close directly over the fire. There are many different ways to prepare a hamburger and everyone has their own favourite way. The most important thing is that you reach a core temperature of at least 70 degrees. This is because it contains pork (if you have used half-and-half).
